What is Soul Realization?

There are different stages or levels of Soul Realization.  The first stage is an intellectual understanding that we are the soul – a spiritual being of divine intelligence, love and power – and that our body, emotions and mind are actually instruments of the soul, much like a computer serves as a tool for its user.

The second stage involves directly experiencing oneself as a soul during meditation.

With further development, one may experience higher levels of realization, perceiving the soul as a being of light expanding and moving freely in all directions throughout the physical and inner universes.
